Blessing of the Backpacks

As the new school year begins, we want to cover our kids, their teachers, and their schools in prayer. Invite your child to bring their backpack to church on August 9 during all service times for a special Blessing of the Backpacks. Kids will check into their regular class and then walk to the auditorium together with their small group for a time of prayer and encouragement. Kids will be checked out from the elementary room as normal. Every child will also receive a special backpack tag! Let’s kick off the school year with faith and fun!
