My niece Amber is in the hospital in Denver, diagnosed with pneumonia, sedated and intubated. She was scheduled to have ground-breaking spinal surgery in Colorado to relieve her from constant, agonizing pain, but fell ill within hours of making the drive from Florida to Colorado.

Amber was shot and left wheel-chair bound during an act of workplace violence two years ago. Unfortunately, this life-altering surgery to aleviate her constant pain caused by this violent act has been put on back-burner. Prayers for her health -- that she recovers completely from this bout with pneumonia and is rescheduled for surgery ASAP.
