Hi, I was wondering if I could get some prayer? I’m in a place right now where I feel so broken down I almost feel like I cannot pray or I don’t even know what to say. I recently found out I have complex PTSD and it has greatly affected my life to where I am stuck at home and unable to go to work. Financially this has been very difficult and I’m left scrounging not knowing where I am going to get food and bills paid and I need to go back to work but there is so much stress on my body physically and mentally from my CPTSD and I don’t know what to do. I am watching the last 2 weeks of messages online and it’s exactly what I needed to hear. But I just wanted to know if someone could help me with a prayer to pray during this time and just something to give me the push to get through. I would appreciate anything. I just am lost on my own
